Gavin, The best years of my twenties were spent in your and Laura's company. Getting to live with you guys when I first moved to London was such a fantastic adventure and your generosity and kindness was unrivalled. I'm so grateful I got to know you well and meet your lovely friends and join with the Johnson clan to make the ultimate double family - the Jonkinses. I wish it could have lasted and I'm sad we won't be able to be all together again in the same way. Your laughter, your easy-going nature, your willingness to throw yourself into the madness of the Jenkinses - that is how I will remember you. When I think of you, I imagine us sitting on the floor in the living room, you maybe with a paper open on the floor in front of you, chatting about whatever we used to chat about. I'll remember you singing Mandy at karaoke with your back to the screen because you knew all the words, and the way you used to open the door and say say 'oh hey han!' and do that bob you do to give me a one armed hug and a 'mwah!'. I miss you so much. I'm so glad I get to see you in Rhys and Iestyn and I'm grateful to have the memories of all the parties, christmases, birthdays, weddings, Saturday mornings, Sunday dinners and games of tennis. Thank you for your kindness and generosity. I'll never forget it and I'll never forget you. Love, Han xx
